Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Unique Gaines. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

Return Timeline

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product is received. I believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for my business.

Here are some guidelines:

  1. All returns are determined on a case-by-case basis. Because each item is printed on demand, I do not have the ability to see the quality of the item shipped to you. Your satisfaction of this product is important to me.  
  2. If you notice any other issue on the product or order, please submit an email describing the issue to uniquegainesreturns@gmail.com. The issue will be evaluated, and a determination (refund, exchange, or no return) will be made. Pictures will be required upon request from Unique Gaines.
  3. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
  4. Shipping is non-refundable.
  5. To be eligible for a return the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable). In some cases, as mentioned in guideline 2, an exchange may be issued.
